Each one is seasoned and shaped in-house, then frozen to lock in that texture.
Drop them straight from frozen into phở, hot pot, or noodle soup and they cook through in a few minutes, no thawing needed. Slice them into a bánh mì, skewer them for the grill, or fold them into fried rice and stir-fries. The tendon and beef versions stand up to long simmering, while the chicken and fish balls stay lighter.
Every meatball is produced at our own Los Angeles County manufacturing facility, which lets us control the grind, seasoning, and freezing on a single line. That also means we can supply restaurants, hot pot shops, and grocers with consistent case volume. Keep the bags frozen until use and cook from frozen for the best texture.
