Our Myriad Foods meatballs are springy, well-seasoned, and ready for the pot. The range spans beef, pork, chicken, beef tendon, fish balls, and mushroom varieties, the kind of bouncy bò viên and pork meatballs found in phở, hot pot, noodle soups, and bánh mì. Drop them in frozen and they cook through in minutes. All are produced at our own Los Angeles County meatball manufacturing facility.
