Myriad Foods Beef Meatballs are classic Vietnamese bò viên, prized for their firm, springy bounce and deep beefy flavor. Made from seasoned ground beef worked to a smooth paste, they hold a satisfying snap when bitten and carry the rich, savory character that defines a proper bowl of phở.

Simmer them from frozen in phở broth, beef hot pot, or noodle soup for about five to seven minutes until they float and heat through. Halve them to let the broth soak in, or skewer and grill for street-style bò viên nướng served with chili sauce. They round out bún bò, congee, and rice plates.
