Quê Hương Assorted Mooncake is a Vietnamese-style bánh trung thu built around a mixed filling rather than a single flavor. Tucked inside the tender, golden-baked wheat skin is an assortment of sweet and savory elements, the classic thập cẩm style, and this version is made without the salted egg yolk found in our egg-yolk edition.

Bring the mooncake to room temperature, then slice it into small wedges with a sharp knife so each piece shows the layered filling.
