This Quê Hương mooncake takes the mixed Vietnamese thập cẩm filling and centers a whole salted egg yolk inside it. The yolk is the key difference from our plain assorted mooncake, adding a savory, slightly crumbly center that plays against the sweet and savory bits packed into the soft, golden baked skin.
