Ingredients

  • Myriad Foods Radish Cake
  • 1 egg
  • 1 green onion

Directions

  1. Cut Radish Cake into ½" slices.
  2. Heat cooking oil in frying pan.
  3. When oil is hot, add Radish Cake slices and cook to golden brown.
  4. Add egg and green onion to the pan if you wish.
  5. Plate and serve as a meal or as a dim sum dish.
