Quê Hương Frozen Straw Mushroom

Quê Hương Frozen Straw Mushrooms are whole nấm rơm, the small, egg-shaped mushrooms beloved in Vietnamese and Southern Chinese cooking. They have a tender, slightly springy bite and a mild, earthy-sweet flavor that soaks up broth beautifully, with the smooth rounded caps that distinguish them from button or shiitake mushrooms.

Add them straight to canh chua, the sweet-and-sour tamarind fish soup, where they turn silky and absorb the tangy broth.
