Peeling raw taro can irritate the hands and takes care, so this bag does it for you, delivering clean, ready-to-cook pieces of the starchy root that holds its shape in stews yet turns silky when mashed.

Cook it straight from frozen across sweet and savory dishes. Simmer taro in chè khoai môn with coconut milk and tapioca pearls, braise it with pork or duck, fold it into canh khoai môn, or steam and mash it for taro fillings and desserts. Its earthy sweetness deepens soups and pairs especially well with coconut and rich, savory braises.

Each 16-ounce bag holds peeled taro pieces and nothing else, cut and ready to portion into the pot.
