Myriad Foods Barley & Quick Oat Steamed Buns in the Low Sugar recipe are wholegrain mantou made with barley and quick oats, formulated with less added sugar than the regular version. Each 14 oz pack (RM728) contains several portioned mantou and stores frozen until needed. The difference from the standard pack (RM727) is the reduced sugar, useful if you are watching added sweeteners but still want barley and oats in your buns.
